JUGGLING A MASSIVE TEN SLOT LOOT SYSTEM

The gear system is where things get really sweaty. Every character has ten distinct equipment slots to manage. You are constantly juggling primary weapons, chest pieces, helmets, belts, boots, and a full set of shiny jewelry like rings and earrings. Every single piece you equip directly alters your combat stats.

You have to aggressively dump cash into upgrading your armor and jewels just to survive massive enemy magic attacks. And if you want to absolutely break the game, you need to hunt down matching gear sets. Stacking a full set and slotting in rare gems triggers wild special effects that will have you completely melting enemies on the battlefield.
